Marsala is a small town some 30 miles from Trapani and they have a procession on the Thursday before Easter, we in England call that day Maundy Thursday, I'm not sure if it's the same name in Italy.
The procession in Marsala has local people dressed in appropriate costume for the Easter festival and therefore there is a different feel to the procession.
